I would like to customize my outfit. How do I do this?
For customized measurement, please select the ‘customized’ button size. For other customizations please write you customization requests in the notes box. We will inform your within 24 hours if the customization affects the price.

I am unable to find a style of yours on the site.

Will I be charged Import Duties or other charges?
All international order prices are exclusive or import duties and other charges. If you are importing the outfit you will most likely be charged by your local government, agents etc. in order to clear your parcel through customs. There will not be any additional charges for orders delivered within India.

Will I be charged additionally for shipping?
Shipping within India is complimentary. International shipping is complimentary if the order value is above INR 35000 under which INR 4000 will be charged additionally at check out.
Which payment methods do you accept?

What if the payment gets declined?

No, we do not receive any such information.

Can I collect my order from your studio?
Yes, please mention studio delivery in the notes box while ordering.
How do I ensure a good fit?
We recommend ‘customized measurements’ for a good fit. Please take your measurements patiently and feel free to contact a designer at +91 8595250886 for any assistance or guidance.
How do I care for my garment?
Our garments are dry clean only. Also please store your outfit in plastic or airtight packing as moisture, dust etc. can affect the quality of your garment.
Can I get my garment repaired?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damage. We will assist you in the best way possible.
Do you accept returns?
All of our garments are made to order, and hence we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. For this please email us at email@example.com. We will email you a credit note of the amount sent after deducting any fees, charges charged by the payment gateway to us within 7 working days. Post 24 hours no cancellations will be accepted as we would have started processing your order by then.
Can I change the delivery address?
If you would like to change your delivery address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have not shipped the order till then we will deliver to the new address.
I would like some alterations please.
If you would like to have alterations done, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your order number with videos of the alteration requirement attached. Our team will revert to you within 72 hours to discuss the same.
